The Coffee
This release opens with soft citrus sweetness and a tea-like body. As it cools, the cup moves toward jasmine, dried mango, and a bright hibiscus finish.
Brew Starting Point
15g coffee to 240g water.
91-93°C to keep the finish clean.
45g bloom, then two calm pours with low agitation.
