Our approach

Small batches, fully dialed.

Anook means 아늑 — the feeling of warm light in a quiet room. We roast in small numbered releases on an Aillio Bullet, cupping each coffee until it's clean and sweet before it earns a label. A short, honest menu you can actually keep track of.
