The coffee
A clean Ethiopian with a little more lift.
This is the kind of coffee we want Release № 002 to be: still clear and gentle, but a little more expressive than our first washed Guji. Expect crisp acidity, a delicate tea-like body, and aromatics that lean toward white tea, lime verbena, vanilla, and passionfruit as the cup cools.

Sampler idea
A smaller way to taste the releases.
If you are new to Anook, the 4 oz format is the easiest way to try this coffee before committing to a full bag. A two-release sampler is planned for Etsy once enough roasted inventory is ready.
